ACCREDITATION AND ACCOMMODATION

RULES FOR MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES

To get accreditation and book accommodation it is necessary to fill in the F6 form and send it via e-mail till the 15.02.2012: media@ugrasport.com.

Please pay attention to the following:

Complete filling of F6 form will help us to arrange conditions for your work and accommodation much better.

Your signature and company stamp on the application form will secure you in case of controversial matters.

Collective forms are not accepted for accreditation. The form is to be filled in for each person.

Please limit the number of applications from an edition and define the dates of your business trip and the number of sending employees in advance.

The deadline for registration and submitting of an application form is 15.02.2012.

Please make sure that you are accredited 2 weeks prior to the beginning of event.

Accreditation of Fan-club and Fan-site participants is not a plus.

OC is entitled to deny accreditation without giving any reason or cancel accreditation of media representative in case of business and professional ethics violation and breaking of rules while working in the Media center in the present and last seasons.

When working in the Media center it is forbidden to take athletes’ autographs, take pictures of participants as mementos, prevent and interfere with the work of other journalist or members of the Media center.

HOW TO GET VISA

Participants coming from visa countries are obliged to get visa for entry into the Russian Federation. Visa is issued by Russian Consular Institutions. For getting visa it is necessary to have an individual invitation from OC.

Invitation Regulations:

1. I. For countries from European Union

Agreement between the Russian Federation and European Community about Simplification of Visa Issuing for Citizens of the EU came into operation on the 1^st of June 2007. In the Agreement it is stipulated that visas for people who enter the country by sport exchange are executed according to the letter of the receiving organization (Invitation from OC).  Written appeal (Invitation from OC), on the basis of which visas will be issued should contain detailed information on the invited person (first and last name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, № of passport, terms and aim of the trip, number of entries). Above mentioned written appeals (Invitations from OC) should be submitted to Consular Institutions.

Participants from the following countries receive visas according to such regulations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland.

For getting invitation according to such rules, please, fill in the form F1A. The form F1A should be sent by e-mail by 13.02.2012.It is necessary to write the postal address, where the original of the invitation should be sent to.

1. II. For countries not from European Union

Invitations for participants from non EU countries are executed through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. For every foreign citizen OC should enter an application of a standard pattern to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Besides passport data this application contains position, full address of the place of work, terms of stay in Russia, place of getting visa abroad (that means one exact city, in which there is Russian Consular Institution). Clear copy of the first page of the foreign passport is enclosed to such application (spelling of the first and last name, № of passport, place and date of birth, expiry date, sex should be clearly seen in the copy). After issue of invitation OC will inform the participant about the number of the invitation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, with which you may get visa in mentioned Consular Institution of the Russian Federation. Such visa invitations are issued 30 days before the arrival into the Russian Federation.

For getting the invitation according to such regulations you are to fill in the form F1. The application F1 and the clear copy of the passport should be submitted by e-mail by 13.02.2012.

* In case the invitation has to be made earlier than 30 days before the entry into the Russian Federation.

In such a case the Organizing Committee can make visa invitation through the Federal Migration Service.

For every foreign citizen OC should enter an application of a standard pattern to the Migration Service, besides passport data this application contains position, full address of the place of work, terms of staying in Russia, place of getting visa abroad (that means one exact city where there is Russian Consular Institution). Clear copy of the first page of the foreign passport is enclosed to such application.

The standard period of time of issuing such invitations is 30 working days. Then the original invitation is sent by post.

For getting invitation according to these rules you should fill in form F1. The application form F1 and passport copy should be sent by e-mail by 23.01.2012. Please, indicate the postal address for sending the original invitation.

We kindly ask you to provide the Organizing Committee with all the necessary documents for getting visa invitations and obtaining visas for entry into the Russian Federation in time.

After the above mentioned deadlines the forms F1 and F1A will not be accepted.
